<p>We welcome you to our beautiful professionally decorated and  furnished 3 Bed, 2 Bath Villa located on the prestigious Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club Resort.</p>
<p>This peaceful, gated community of Ridgewood Lakes is nestled within an <br>award-winning championship golf course, built around scenic bass-filled <br>fishing lakes. It is close to the I-4 Highway leading to Disney World, <br>Universal and Orlando’s other top attractions.</p>
<p>Full air con and hi-speed WiFi thoughout the villa.</p>
<p>The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen  TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the  private pool.</p>
<p>There are 3 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a Queen sized bed  with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds.. The  third bedroom has twin beds. All linens provided.</p>
<p>There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the  second bathroom also has a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided.</p>
<p>The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher,  icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you  need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and  dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at  the bargain Outlets.<br></p>
<p>The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating and is South facing, sun all day long. You have perfect view of one of the golf course greens.You have an ample supply of  pool towels and pool furniture. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.</p>
<p> Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and  maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might  need.</p>
<p>NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa </p>
<p>A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental. </p>
