This home is situated on a quiet street within the Solterra Resort. It boasts modern open plan living. It has an additional outdoor balcony space along with a large private pool and spa, loungers, outdoor table and chairs with an optional BBQ grill.

The driveway for 4 large vehicles is convenient and avoids the discomfort of parking away from home.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.

There is an extended open plan living the area with access to the pool and spa. There is plenty of comfortable seating.

It is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the entertainment centre which features 65" Smart TV.
Towards the entrance to the home you will find an additional living area. It is an ideal entertainment area for all ages. There is a ping-pong table, a foosball table and comfortable seating.

There is a further separate snug on the first floor containing a seating area with a large Smart TV.

Our well-equipped kitchen comprises large countertops and all the appliances that you might need.
Along with a breakfast bar and six stools.

All linens and towels are supplied.

Washing and Drying facilities are available and can be found on the upper floor.

There is an additional spacious dining room just off the kitchen and contains a table with seating for 8 people.

There are 6 bedrooms that sleep a maximum of 12.

Bedroom 1: Master suite (First floor)

An oversized room that has been furnished well with a home office table, HP 23" monitor, and office chair. There is a King size bed, a Smart Tv and an ensuite with separate bath and shower.

Bedroom 2: King Bed (Ground floor)

Featuring King Bed and Smart TV. There is a full bathroom next door to the bedroom with access to the pool area.

Bedroom 3: Queen Bed

Featuring Queen size bed and Smart TV

Bedroom 4: Twin beds and Smart TV (First floor)

With access to a full bathroom with bath and shower

Bedroom 5 and 6: Twin beds and Smart TV (First floor)

There are 5 bathrooms and 1 ensuite.

Bathroom 1 is located on the ground floor and is next door to bedroom 2

There is a second bathroom on the ground floor next to the living space.

The master suite has an ensuite with walk-in shower, corner bathtub for and dual vanity sinks.

Bathroom 4 has an integrated shower over the bath and would work well with bedroom 3 and 4.

Bathroom 5 services bedrooms 5 and 6, there is a bath with integral shower and WC.

A plentiful supply of linens is provided in all bathrooms.

A Table Tennis and Foosball table are provided in our open plan living area for your enjoyment!

This house has a beautiful large pool and raised jacuzzi spa .
The external area is fully screened and has a safety fence for children around the pool.
It has a table with 8 chairs, 4 adjustable chairs, 2 small tables, and a Weber 3 burning gas BBQ grill (optional - additional fees apply).
This screened area offers shelter from the sun and boasts an outdoor fan.

* A gas BBQ can be hired.

* The community also charges a $10 registration fee - this is to be collected and submitted to the community prior to your arrival

* Early check-in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

There is a resort fee of $45 dollars to be paid at the club house , this is a one time fee and gives access to:
