There is outdoor table and chairs and loungers to help you relax after those long days at the park.

The Kitchen has recently been updated and is fully equipped offering all appliances, cookware, and utensils that you may need during your stay.

The formal dining area can be found towards the front of the home with plenty of space.

There are 5 bedrooms with space to sleep 10.

Bedroom one is a Master and located on the ground floor. It has a King-size bed, TV, and a large en-suite bathroom comprising of a large tub, large walk-in shower cubicle, and twin vanity basins. There is direct access to the pool area from this bedroom.

Upstairs is the second master bedroom with a King-size bed and ensuite facility.

The third bedroom (upstairs) has a Queen size bed.

The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have twin beds.

All upstairs bedrooms have flat screen televisions, and all bedrooms feature closets and drawers, new bed linens and soft furnishings.

There are 4 bathrooms.

Bathroom one is the ensuite to the downstairs Master; there is a large tub, large walk-in shower cubicle, and twin vanity basins.

Additionally on the lower level there is a half bathroom featuring a toilet and sink.

Located upstairs, there is a second ensuite to the bedroom featuring a bath & shower, sink and toilet.

The third and fourth bathrooms have baths with shower over.

The garage has been turned into a games room with a Pool and Table Tennis tables.

All towels and linens are supplied.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
