<p>The villa has a wonderful south facing 30ft x 15ft pool, with an extended pool deck for all day sun, and has a spacious covered lanai for alfresco dining and poolside entertaining.</p>
<p>There is outdoor table and chairs and loungers to help you relax after those long days at the park.</p>
<p>The Kitchen has recently been updated and is fully equipped offering all appliances, cookware, and utensils that you may need during your stay.</p>
<p>The formal dining area can be found towards the front of the home with plenty of space. </p>
<p>There are 5 bedrooms with space to sleep 10.</p>
<p>Bedroom one is a Master and located on the ground floor. It has a King-size bed, TV, and a large en-suite bathroom comprising of a large tub, large walk-in shower cubicle, and twin vanity basins. There is direct access to the pool area from this bedroom.</p>
<p>Upstairs is the second master bedroom with a King-size bed and ensuite facility.</p>
<p> The third bedroom (upstairs) has a Queen size bed.</p>
<p>The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have twin beds.</p>
<p>All upstairs bedrooms have flat screen televisions, and all bedrooms feature closets and drawers, new bed linens and soft furnishings.</p>
<p>There are 4 bathrooms.</p>
<p>Bathroom one is the ensuite to the downstairs Master; there is a large tub, large walk-in shower cubicle, and twin vanity basins.</p>
<p>Additionally on the lower level there is a half bathroom featuring a toilet and sink.</p>
<p>Located upstairs, there is a second ensuite to the bedroom featuring a bath & shower, sink and toilet.</p>
<p>The third and fourth bathrooms have baths with shower over.</p>
<p>The garage has been turned into a games room with a Pool and Table Tennis tables.</p>
<p>All towels and linens are supplied.</p>
<p>Baby equipment can be provided, please enquire at the time of booking,</p>
<p>A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.</p>
