A newly refurbished 4 bed / 3.5 bath home can be found on the gated resort of Tuscan Hills with direct access to Highway 27 it is ideally located for all the attractions!

Downstairs provides an open plan living space and the Master ensuite bedroom. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor.

The living space is open plan. Along with a large TV there is plenty of comfortable seating. There is direct access to the pool and spa area and to the games room.

The kitchen has recently undergone an upgrade. It is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, and utensils that you may need. The breakfast bar and stools complete the kitchen area.

There is a more formal dining table, with enough space to seat 6 in comfort.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

There are 4 bedrooms that can sleep up to 9.

Bedroom one (located on the ground floor) is the Master. It has a King size bed, an ensuite with separate bath and shower. There is also direct access to the pool area. There is also a TV.

Bedroom two (located on the first floor) has a Queen size bed and ensuite. There is also a TV.

Bedroom three (located on the first floor) has twin beds and a Mickey Mouse theme.

Bedroom four (located on the first floor) has a Princess theme.  There are a set of bunk beds plus a single bed.

All bed linens are provided along with closet and drawer space in each room.

There are 3 bathrooms, two of which are ensuites.

The King Ensuite on the lower floor features sinks, toilet, separate corner bath and walk in shower.

The Second Master Ensuite on the upper floor has an enclosed shower, toilet and sink.

The shared bathroom for the twin rooms features a shower over the bath, toilet and sink.

On the lower floor you will find a half bathroom featuring a toilet, sink and vanity.

The Garage has been converted into a Games room with a Foosball table and Pool table.

Adjoining the large East facing pool is a spa, an amazing space to kick back after a day at the parks! There is LED mood lighting on the deck for you to enjoy!

To keep you cool in the summer months, the stunning lanai comes equipped with a ceiling fan, a light and some welcoming shade.

BBQ hire is available for a fee.

Tuscan Hills gives a hint of Tuscany as you are greeted by water fountains, topiary landscaping and villas with red tiled roofs. Tuscan Hills community facilities include a clubhouse with a fully-equipped gym, games room, children's play area, beach volleyball and tennis courts and a seating area for relaxing. 

Tuscan Hills is located just off Highway 27 in Davenport, Florida and is only 15 minutes from Disney's main gate. Tuscan Hills is the ideal place for your dream Florida holiday as its within 30 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks, close to shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants. If you fancy a day trip to the beach you have the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach)and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) within about 60-80 minutes away. If your sport is Golf, then we are close to Champions gate, Reunion and Southern Dunes as well as several others.
