Downstairs provides an open plan living space and one of the Master ensuite bedrooms. The other four bedrooms are on the first floor.

The living space is open plan. Along with a large TV there is plenty of comfortable seating. There is direct access to the pool and spa area.

The kitchen has recently undergone an upgrade. It is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, and utensils that you may need. The breakfast bar and stools complete the kitchen area. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table that seats 6.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.

There is a fully screened large private pool and spa with good sized sunbathing deck. The pool and patio are west - facing allowing sun-worshippers to enjoy the Florida sun from mid-morning right through to spectacular sunsets in the evening. The Lanai provides shade if you prefer. There is a privacy hedge around the pool.

There are 5 bedrooms that can sleep 10 comfortably.

There are two Master bedrooms, both with King size beds and ensuites. One of the master bedrooms is on the ground floor, the other on the first floor.

The ground floor master has direct access to the pool area.

Bedroom 3 is a double and has a Queen size bed.

Bedroom 4 & 5 both have twin beds and would suit children as both are themed.

All bedrooms have plenty of space and storage. All linens are provided. There is a laundry space with separate washer and dryer.

This villa has its own Games room with a Pool/billiard table and Foosball table.

If you fancy a day trip to the beach you have the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach)and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) within about 60-80 minutes away. If your sport is Golf, then we are close to Champions gate, Reunion and Southern Dunes as well as several others.
