Our stunning private pool with attached spa, is surrounded by large hedges and you'll find a covered lanai and a cooling fan to provide shade from the beautiful Florida sunshine!

All rooms are on the ground floor which makes it perfect for children and anyone that struggles to climb stairs. 

The large sitting room, with beautiful tiled floors, modern furnishing with direct access to the pool through the patio doors. Lots of comfortable seating and large screen smart TV. 

The Kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and features new stainless fridge, cooker, microwave oven and dishwashers. In addition to the breakfast bar there is a large dining table with chairs, perfect for family meals together. 

Bedrooms configuration: 

Bedroom 1 Master bedroom with King size bed and ensuite bathroom and TV. Separate shower and large corner bath. 

Bedroom 2 with Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom and TV. Shower over bath. 

Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds and TV 

Bathrooms  2 en-suite bathrooms plus additional 3rd bathroom 

Your beautiful pool area is one of the villa's highlights. Large pool and spa, great to relax after a day at the theme parks. Large pool deck for sunbathing. Covered lanai area which is perfect for al fresco dining. We have some great sun loungers for you to enjoy as well as a number of seating options under the lanai to keep you cool. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.

There is a games room featuring a foosball table. 

Laundry room with washer and dryer. 

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa . 

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental. 

The BBQ can be rented for $10 per day
