Located at Tuscan Ridge it enjoys a prestigious resort style community in a beautiful countryside setting. You can enjoy a private south-east facing pool and spa. There is a forest view to the front of the property with stunning sunset views.

The living area provides an open plan space to relax and unwind after a hectic day at the theme parks. The areas are spacious and have plenty of comfortable seating. There are double doors that lead to the pool deck area; as well as a large 85” flat screen TV, ceiling fan and various lighting options to enhance your comfort.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

Our fully fitted kitchen has everything you require and more. A breakfast bar and stools complimented by the breakfast table in the quaint ‘nook’ overlooking the pool.

There is a more formal dining area that features a table to seat 6 comfortably.

There are 4 bedrooms that can sleep up to 8.

Bedroom 1 is a Master Suite with King sized bed and ensuite bathroom. There is direct access to the pool and deck area and a 42” TV

Bedroom 2 is a Master Suite with a Queen-sized bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. It has an ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 3 is a twin bed. The room features a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 4 is a second twin. The room features a flat screen TV

There is ample space in all the bedrooms. All luxurious bed linens and towels are provided.

There are 3 bathrooms, 2 en-suites.

There is a gorgeous private 26’x13’, south-east facing pool & spa. The extended deck is ideal for sunbathing. It is fully screened and has plenty of patio furniture, sun loungers and outside table seating for 8. The spa offers the height of luxury

The pool deck comes equipped with child proof fencing for safety and peace of mind.

The double garage has been converted into a games room with various games including Air hockey, a pool table and various toys for the pool.

Baby equipment can be provided upon request.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

Tuscan Hills community facilities include a clubhouse with a fully-equipped gym, games room, children's play area, beach volleyball and tennis courts and a seating area for relaxing.

Guests are ideally located for the Disney attractions and local golf courses. There is also a comprehensive selection of restaurants, fast food, supermarkets, shops and evening entertainment available nearby.
