This home is truly special, renovated in 2024 and sits on a corner lot with quick access to the community amenities and features an open floor plan with lots of natural light. It can sleep up to 6 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The Mediterranean Themed Living space features tasteful furnishings and Italian Inspired Floor Tiles that run throughout the property! There is a large streaming TV for you to watch all your favourite shows and a music system so you can listen to your favourite tunes!

There is a fully equipped kitchen, catering to all your culinary needs. The kitchen overlooks the expansive living and dining spaces.

Within the open plan area there is an oversized dining table that will seat 6 comfortably.

The West facing Pool is a sun lover's delight. The pool is surrounded by a mature hedge for privacy. All Pool towels are provided and there is brand new furniture on the deck for you to enjoy along with a large outdoor table and chairs. The pool is protected by safety alarms which are situated in the home, although if you want the additional safety fence this can be erected. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.

There are 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Master featuring a king bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a shower and WC, walk in closet, ceiling fan and wall hung tv. This bedroom is located off the dining space

Bedroom 2: features a queen bed, ample storage space through a large closet. There is a wall hung tv.

Bedroom 3: can sleep up to 3 people on the triple bunk.

The bunk features two full beds (top and bottom) with a twin in the middle space, your kids are going to love this fantastic space! The room also features a play area with mats and a streaming tv with an additional DVD player and Kids Films!

There are 2 bathrooms; one is ensuite to the master

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

Hi speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental

The added attraction of this lovely home is that it is within 30 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks, close to shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants.



If you fancy a day trip to the beach you have the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) within about 60-80 minutes away.



If you are a golfer, then we are close to the prestigious Champions gate, Reunion and Southern Dunes courses as well as several others including the Disney golf courses.

Tuscan Hills gives a hint of Tuscany as you are greeted by water fountains, topiary landscaping, and villas with red tiled roofs.



Tuscan Hills community facilities include a clubhouse with a fully-equipped gym, games room, children's play area, beach volleyball and tennis courts and a seating area for relaxing.
