This newly refurbished 5 bed, 4 bath villa can be found on the resort of Hampton Lakes, with direct access to Highway 27 and is ideally located for all the attractions!

This home is a haven of modern living, offering both comfort and style for your Florida vacation.



You can sleep up to 10 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

There has been a great deal of modernisation, which shows in the huge open plan living area!! There is a Foosball table, large comfortable couches with plenty of space for all. With a wall hung TV; there is also a variety of DVD’s for your use.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, that boasts solid countertops and ample storage cabinets, catering to all your culinary needs. The kitchen overlooks the expansive living space. There is a breakfast bar for additional seating. The kitchen also features new appliances such as a KURIG Coffee makes, Air Fryer, Microwave, Stove, Huge Fridge Freezer with built in Ice Maker and Dishwasher, there's also all towels, iron and silver ware, you need for nothing here!

To complement the open plan feel of the home, at the very front you will find the stunning dining area with seating for 8 people. Additional seating is at the breakfast bar.

The beautiful large west facing pool also features a sunken spa; both features brand new LED lighting for those late-night dips after a trip to one of the theme parks! Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.

The pool is surrounded by large hedges on two sides and for additional privacy Florida Glass screens has been added around the bottom layer of the pool cage. 

There is plenty of pool side furniture including sun loungers and table and chairs for al fresco dining.

There are 5 bedrooms over two floors. Sleeps 10

Lower floor: has two Master suits

Bedroom 1: Master ensuite with King size bed, closet and drawer space and views of the pool. TV

Bedroom 2: Master with King size bed, closet and drawer space; there is a tv. There is an option to lock off the downstairs bathroom and make this a second ensuite.

Upper floor:

Bedroom 3: Queen ensuite, with closet and storage space, a large TV. The room enjoys views over the beautiful pool.

Bedroom 4 and 5: Twin bedrooms with Disney themed decoration ideal for the children. There are tv’s, closet and storage space in both rooms.

There are 4 bathrooms, 2 of which can be ensuites.

All the bathrooms have been recently renovated.

Lower floor:

Bathroom 1: ensuite to bedroom 1 with separate shower and bath.

Bathroom 2: This can be locked off to provide an ensuite to bedroom 2. There is a shower in this bathroom.

Upper floor:

Bathroom 3: ensuite to Bedroom 3 (Queen) with a shower over the bath.

Bathroom 4: this is serving the Twin bedrooms 4 and 5

All towels and linens are provided

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

Hi speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental

There is a Hockey table in the Games/Garage space and a Foosball table in the living area.

This villa is situated on a large corner plot in the middle of the Hampton Lakes Subdivision.

It is footsteps away from the tennis courts and communal area, also the famous lake that the resort is named after!

We will accept Cats and Dogs up to 20lbs in weight, at an additional charge of $150 per stay. Please enquire. There is
an extra cleaning fee of $150 for the required anti-allergy spray for the next guests that may have allergies.

Hampton Lakes is located just off HWY27 and only 15 minutes from Disney World, Orlando.
