You can sleep up to 10 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.</p>
<p>There has been a great deal of modernisation, which shows in the huge open plan living area!! There is a Foosball table, large comfortable couches with plenty of space for all. With a wall hung TV; there is also a variety of DVD’s for your use.</p>
<p>There is a fully equipped kitchen, that boasts solid countertops and ample storage cabinets, catering to all your culinary needs. The kitchen overlooks the expansive living space. There is a breakfast bar for additional seating. The kitchen also features new appliances such as a KURIG Coffee makes, Air Fryer, Microwave, Stove, Huge Fridge Freezer with built in Ice Maker and Dishwasher, there's also all towels, iron and silver ware, you need for nothing here!</p>
<p>To complement the open plan feel of the home, at the very front you will find the stunning dining area with seating for 8 people. Additional seating is at the breakfast bar. </p>
<p>The beautiful large west facing pool also features a sunken spa; both features brand new LED lighting for those late-night dips after a trip to one of the theme parks! Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.</p>
<p>The pool is surrounded by large hedges on two sides and for additional privacy Florida Glass screens has been added around the bottom layer of the pool cage. </p>
<p>There is plenty of pool side furniture including sun loungers and table and chairs for al fresco dining.</p>
<p>There are 5 bedrooms over two floors. Sleeps 10</p>
<p><strong>Lower floor</strong>: has two Master suits</p>
<p>Bedroom 1: Master ensuite with King size bed, closet and drawer space and views of the pool. TV</p>
<p>Bedroom 2: Master with King size bed, closet and drawer space; there is a tv. There is an option to lock off the downstairs bathroom and make this a second ensuite.</p>
<p><strong>Upper floor</strong>:</p>
<p>Bedroom 3: Queen ensuite, with closet and storage space, a large TV. The room enjoys views over the beautiful pool.</p>
<p>Bedroom 4 and 5: Twin bedrooms with Disney themed decoration ideal for the children. There are tv’s, closet and storage space in both rooms.</p>
<p>There are 4 bathrooms, 2 of which can be ensuites.</p>
<p>All the bathrooms have been recently renovated.</p>
<p><strong>Lower floor</strong>:</p>
<p>Bathroom 1: ensuite to bedroom 1 with separate shower and bath.</p>
<p>Bathroom 2: This can be locked off to provide an ensuite to bedroom 2. There is a shower in this bathroom.</p>

<p>This villa is situated on a large corner plot in the middle of the Hampton Lakes Subdivision.</p>
<p>It is footsteps away from the tennis courts and communal area, also the famous lake that the resort is named after!</p>
<p>We will accept Cats and Dogs up to 20lbs in weight, at an additional charge of $150 per stay. Please enquire. There is<br> an extra cleaning fee of $150 for the required anti-allergy spray for the next guests that may have allergies.</p>
