Your vacation home from home! Our home is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-family villa is located off US27, close to US192 and I-4. It is approximately 25 minutes to Disney, 40 minutes to Universal and 10 minutes from Champions Gate PGA golf course. It is located on the desirable Highlands Reserve golf community.

Our villa has been refurbished to the highest standard. It has new bed linen, towels, pool towels, crockery, cutlery, saucepans. Large leather corner sofa and large Smart TVs in all the bedrooms as well as the living space. There is full Spectrum cable package all equipped with Roku.

With high ceilings, the main living area is an open planned and spacious area in which to relax and unwind after a hectic day at the theme parks, golf course or retail outlets. There is a large leather corner sofa with chaise, which comfortably seats eight to watch a movie or to look out over the pool with a beer or glass of wine.



The 65" Smart TV has on-demand full Spectrum entertainment cable package of over 200 channels. We offer FREE high-speed Wi-Fi and FREE local calls for ordering a takeaway which includes free calls within the US and Canada.



The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need to cook a family meal, with a large cooker, side by side fridge freezer, wine cooler fridge, built in microwave and dishwasher. There is a plentiful supply of crockery, glassware, cutlery and saucepans for all your needs. There is a breakfast bar with two stools.

Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with large washer, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and large storage cupboard for groceries.

There is a large more formal dining table and chairs that overlook the pool. Patio doors lead out to the covered lanai and the pool within a screened mesh enclosure.



The villa has a very private south-west facing pool deck. It is a quiet and tranquil place to relax at any time of the day. It overlooks a beautiful nature conservation area, giving you spectacular views, hours of sunshine and stunning evening sunsets. There is a sheltered area with a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining. There are plenty of sun loungers and comfortable chairs to enjoy the all-day sun.

You can sleep up to 9 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.



There are 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 (blue room) – King size master ensuite with double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub. There is a door to the pool area from this bathroom.

Bedroom 2 (lemon room) – King size master ensuite bathroom with toilet, vanity basin and shower over the bath

Bedroom 3 (seashells) – Bunk bedroom which sleeps 3. There is a single bed over a double bed in a T configuration

Bedroom 4 (turtle room) – Twin bedroom

Three bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the 4th bedroom has a stand-up fan. All 4 bedrooms have 43” flat screen wall mounted Smart TV’s equipped with Roku and the Spectrum app to enjoy hundreds of channels, with the facility to sign into your own streaming services, Netflix and Amazon Prime

Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the 3rd bathroom. It has toilet, vanity sink and shower over the bath

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

Hi speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

There is a games room with air conditioning, Foosball table, dart board, Legends Ultimate arcade game, Legends Pinball and large TV.
