The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood located in the popular Lindfields subdivision close to highway 192, I-4 and the 429. It is an ideal location with easy access to the Disney World attractions and Margaritaville resort.

The living space offers a bright and airy feel with plenty of comfortable seating. There is a TV and a ceiling fan. Access to the pool and deck space is from the living space.

The kitchen is fully outfitted with all the appliances and utensils needed should you choose to cook at home. There is a breakfast bar for additional seating and a breakfast table in a nook just off the kitchen.

There is a more formal dining space just off the living space.

There is a fully screened private pool with covered eating and sitting areas offers a spectacular view of the lake and nature reserves. There is plenty of outdoor furniture on which to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. A covered lanai allows for al fresco dining. A perfect place to start the day with breakfast and to end the day with a BBQ.

There are 3 bedrooms sleeping a total of 7 guests.

The first bathroom is an ensuite to Bedroom 1 with a separate shower and tub, double vanity units.

Bathroom 2 has a shower over the bath

There is a Ping Pong (Table Tennis) table in the Games room

NO SMOKING allowed within the villa.

Pets allowed but must be approved first - Service pets welcome. There is
an extra cleaning fee of $100 for the required anti-allergy spray for the next guests that may have allergies.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental
