Our home boasts peaceful water views at the back with no rear neighbours plus the front is situated across from open countryside.<br>

The villa has also been professionally decorated to give an executive yet comfortable feel throughout.<br>
<br>
With two floors, four bedrooms, and three and a half baths, your party will be able to enjoy time together both inside and outside but also have privacy when needed. The villa sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.<br>
<br>
The villa has an open lounge area with a comfortable large sofa and chairs.  A nice 55" LED TV with cable and a Roku device for all your streaming.<br>
<br>
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. You will also find a coffee maker, blender, mixer, kettle, toaster, complete tableware for 16 people, and much more. Modern granite countertops and a breakfast bar make this a great place to have your morning coffee.<br>
<br>
There is a more formal dining table with 6 chairs is another great option for sitting down together. There is direct access to the pool and deck space from here.</p>
<p>There is a private pool that is not overlooked at the back. A lovely place to enjoy outdoor dining and drinks by the pool side. There are sufficient loungers to relax on and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The terrace is partially covered so you can move into the shade during the hottest parts of the day and the pool is surrounded by a screened in lanai. There is also a pool safety fence .<br>

There are 4 bedrooms all on the upper floor.<br>
Each bedroom has a 32 "LED TV with Roku for streaming, clock radio and ceiling fans.<br>
Ensuite 1 is equipped with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom<br>

A full-size gas BBQ is available for an additional cost.<br>
Baby equipment is also available; we have a pack and play and a highchair.</p>
<p>The gated community of Veranda Palms is one of the newest resort communities in the Orlando area and amenities include a gym, communal swimming pool with slides and splash zone, kids’ playground area, lakes, biking trails, volleyball and basketball court and walking paths.<br>
Only 5 minutes away there are several supermarkets, restaurants and stores of all kinds.<br>
<br>
Veranda Palms is also ideally located for local attractions and activities including but not limited to: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Epcot, Disney Springs, Universal Studios all within 15-20 minutes’ drive.<br>

By driving 1.5 hours to the West Coast of Florida there is St. Petersburg where you can experience some of the most amazing beaches Florida has to offer, and in Tampa you can find Busch Gardens, the Florida Aquarium plus more amazing beaches in Clearwater.<br>
<br>
NASA’s Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach is on Florida’s East Coast about 1 hour’s drive from the villa.<br>
