Welcome to our fabulous 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom family villa, located in the highly sought-after community of Orange Tree in Clermont, just off Highway 27.
This spacious and fully air-conditioned home is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 guests. With two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool, it has everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.
The villa has a warm and welcoming feel, offering plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The main living area has direct access to the pool deck via upgraded French doors and provides a comfortable seating space for relaxing after a day at the parks. A second lounge offers a quiet retreat for reading, chatting, or enjoying a peaceful drink.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar and breakfast nook – ideal for a quick bite before a day of adventure or preparing a home-cooked evening meal. The kitchen comes complete with all the appliances, utensils, and cookware you could possibly need. A formal dining area is also available for family dinners or entertaining.
Outside, enjoy your own private pool throughout the day. There is a large double lanai for shaded seating, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing out of the sun. A child safety barrier is provided for peace of mind.
There are 4 bedrooms in total:
GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom 1: King-size bed with large en-suite bathroom featuring walk-in shower, separate tub, twin basins, vanity units, and direct access to the pool deck.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with ample storage and a TV. This bedroom is located at the rear of the property, opposite a bathroom that also offers direct access to the pool area.
Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with shared access to a Jack and Jill bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Twin bedroom with a fun Mickey Mouse theme – perfect for younger guests. This room also shares the Jack and Jill bathroom.
All bedrooms are spacious, feature built-in storage, and have their own TVs.
A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available for your convenience. The garage can also be accessed through the utility room.
Community amenities at Orange Tree include tennis courts, basketball courts, and a children’s play area – great for keeping the kids entertained close to home.
