Welcome to our superb 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom villa, located in Highgate Park, a gated community on the villages of Legacy Park close to Disney and other major Orlando attractions.

The villa is spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing family getaway. It can sleep up to 10 guests.

The villa has a very homely feel to it. The main living area at the back of the villa has direct access to the pool and deck area, with plenty of comfortable seating to relax after a day of adventure. The open-plan layout ensures there is space for everyone to enjoy. There is a second living space towards the front of the villa.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast table – perfect for enjoying breakfast before heading out for the day, or for preparing a delicious evening meal. There’s a full-size fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware and utensils you could possibly need. There is also a more formal dining area near the front of the villa.

Outside, you'll find your own private south facing pool/spa with plenty of seating for relaxing or sunbathing in the pool deck. The covered lanai provides shade for outdoor dining or taking a break from the Florida sun. A child safety fence is available for added peace of mind.

GROUND FLOOR

Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed with an en-suite featuring a bathroom with shower/tub combo

Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with an en-suite featuring a bathroom with shower/tub combo

UPPER FLOOR

Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed with an en-suite featuring a separate tub & shower

Bedroom 4: A set of Bunk beds – themed as Star Wars. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo with the Star Wars theme continued.

Bedroom 5: A single bed with a Trundle bed – themed as Beauty & the Beast. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo.

All bedrooms are well-sized with plenty of storage space and their own TVs.

There is the addition of a well-equipped Games room. Air Hockey, Pool Table, Foosball all to be enjoyed.

The villa also includes a laundry area with washer and dryer, allowing you to pack light and stay fresh throughout your trip.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

High-speed WiFi and air conditioning are available throughout the villa. Free parking is available on-site.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

Highgate Park at Legacy Park is a secure gated community. You will find a BBQ/picnic area, children’s play area and tennis court for your family.

Located within 15 miles of Disney, this is an ideal place to explore the parks, whilst being able to enjoy the quiet location this home has to offer after a long day or a day away from the parks.
