Your vacation home from home! Our home is a 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom vacation villa, located  on the desirable Highlands Reserve golf community.

It has an open, inviting floorplan complemented by stylish, furnishing. A light and bright villa, allowing the Florida sun to brighten up your day.



Our villa includes air conditioning throughout and has a washer & dryer. There is cable TV and fast speed internet and Wi-fi.

There are two sitting rooms, making it ideal when kids want to have their own space for relaxing.

You can sleep up to 12 guests with all bedding and towels supplied to make your stay as comfortable as possible.



There is a fully equipped kitchen, that overlooks the expansive living and dining spaces. Sliding doors open to reveal the covered lanai and screened-in pool. There is plenty of dinnerware, cutlery and it has a coffee maker.


The villa has a very spacious pool deck. It is a quiet and tranquil place to relax at any time of the day. There is a sheltered area with a dining table and chairs for alfresco dining. There are plenty of sun loungers and comfortable chairs to enjoy the all-day sun.

NO SMOKING  and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

Hi speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the villa.

There are 6 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – King size master en-suite with double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub.

Bedroom 2 – Queen size bedwith ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 3 – Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom

Bedroom 4 – Twin bedroom

Bedroom 5- Twin bedroom

Bedroom 6- Twin bedroom

There are a further 2 bathrooms making it 5 in total.

All our bedrooms feature additional TVs to keep everyone happy.

There are 2 bathrooms. One is en-suite to the master and the other has a shower over the bath.

The villa has a games room for your enjoyment featuring a brand new pool table.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental
